With bugs, birds, and blossoms as her beloved companions, Katrina grew up stomping and splashing through the wilds of upstate, NY. As a lifelong creative, she has pursued her endless curiosity for nature by attaining the following credentials:

• B.S. in Biology (dual major in studio art)

• M. S. in Limnology and Marine Science

• NYS teaching certifications in Biology and Special Education

• Natural Science Illustration Certificate

After nearly two decades of teaching and research experience, she is now enthusiastically pursing her passion project - Burdocks & Bees!
